Passport & Plate - Potato Omelete

Ingredients
4 Potatos
5 Eggs
Salt
Oil

 

How to prepare this recipe
First you have to peel the potatoes and cut them in slides.
Second you have to beat the eggs. Once the eggs are beaten you have to throw the potatoes in the eggs and mix everything carefully.
Once is mixed, you put some oil in the pan and wait until it is warm enough to throw all the mix.
Now you have to wait until one side of the omelette is done. Be careful! It can be really tricky. You have to turn the omelette in the other side. Once both sides are cooked the omelette is ready to eat.

 

The story behind this recipe
This is typical spanish dish. Every Restaurant you go in Spain there is this dish. Spanish people love it and it really represents the food of our country.
My mother used to do it a lot, so she has taught me. It is very simple and tasty, everybody who tries it, loves it.
I recommend everybody to try it.
