My Scholarship entry - A little bit of england

I currently live in cambridge, and I work as a chef at a very busy restaurant. I love cooking but my real passion is photography, all my spare time is taken up with trying to improve my skills. I am completely self taught, but I have never been able to learn from someone mainly because I havent had the time to take any courses because of my work. I beleive that learning from someone with experience is extremely valuable in any field especially photography, experience and practice is key. I love travelling and the jungles of the Amazon have always fascinated me, I have and adventurous spirit and I know that if I am chosen for a place on this trip I will put my all into it an be a great asset to the group.
