Based on my own experiences when i was travel and learned in around Central Java, which popular with arts and culture, food is a part of its. culinary which is from Central Java have own characteristic. It is sweet taste. It is the characteristic and had been a tradition. If its have modification, taste and food value in the composition would lose. from the sample thing above, we can guess that Javanese popular with the modesty and local wisdom.

Not only in Java, another island in Indonesia also has own characteristic and culture, such as west Sumatera. West Sumatera is Rendang. Rendang is one of popular foods in West Sumatera. Its popular even reach the worldwide and be a favorite food. The characteristic are hot, have 'santan' and also be oil. So, from its characteristic, I can say that Sumaterans have some characteristics such as obstinacy and adventurer.
