"Feeling strong - Life can exist even on the rocks" Meteora sandstone rock pillars - Northwest Greece
Hiking uphill to the monasteries in a typical warm summer day i felt exhausted. I stopped, turned back and saw these pine trees standing up on the rock pillars, living there for decades confronting severe weather conditions, whipped from harsh winds, “burnt” from the sun. But they were still alive, like they wanted to convince me that life is stronger than death even on the rocks, “don’t give up” I think I heard them shouting. I raised my camera and shoot the nature heroes. Now I knew I had the power to keep on my mission.
