Hi friends! This is about the trip to Pondicherry we had. Me and some of my friends happened to visit Pondicherry during last weekend, was planned with a local tour operator who suggested us to go for park and lake tour, where we visited Ousteri a lake at outskirts of the town. It was interesting to spot many birds over there.
Later the sight seeings covering the city with a mix of Churches build during French period, complimenting Mosques, Temples age old then them. French architecture treating your eyes and cheat your friends with a photo saying that you visited France shortly where the foreigners are around the town.
The beach Promenade where the signature icon of Pondicherry, Gandhi statue is located surrounded by elegant granite pillars was elegant to see. The white town is adorned with French architecture buildings, was very much briefed by the local tour player from Pondicherry itself. It was fun to go for cycling after so many years recalled the childhood memories and the place itself was easy to bring you back the retro memories.
