This was my first time abroad- march 2013, The Netherlands. The whole life i was dreaming of London or Paris and suddenly i have bought tickets to Amsterdam. But i can not say that it was a mistake. Everything in this trip was amazing starting from my first flight and ending with so free people of Holland. The very first evening while strolling around the city i have found myself in a Red Light district of which i have heard a lot. I can not say that i was deeply impressed but that was how my trip began and it was ridiculous. I was fascinated by the architecture, houses like christmas cookies that stand side by side near the countless channels; by millions of bikes and different people riding them from stylish girls wearing high heels to cute grandmothers with their grandsons and dranddaughters. Everything there was so unusual for me that i was walking trying to remember all the things i saw. Amsterdam has subdued my heart with all the museums, modern installations, open-hearted people and positive lifestule. All i could feel in the air was freedom, joy, happiness and relaxation. And that was true, people could do whatever they wanted and didnt care much about the others, that seemed so natural! Another thing that i ve loved in Amsterdam was pub-crawl.This event is rather common in Europe- you go from one bar to another the whole night with company of different people.I liked it a lot because of the company,i have met there guys from all the Europe and Middle East. And it is a good experience for making friends because the atmosphere is open and joyful, everybody is ready to communicate and have fun! To sum up i can say that Amsterdam is a perfect city not only for travelling there but for living as well. I have enjoyed every minute that i spent there and i wish i could come back soon!
