This environmental portrait of Bhutanese monks was shot at Tashichho Dzong Thimphu, Bhutan.

Buddhism is the religion of Bhutan. People follow teachings of Lord Buddha and live a peceful life. These monks are in their learning stage and they study Buddhism.

The creative treatment in this photo is to highlight the maroon color they wear all the time. According to me, this adds to the feel 'life of monks'.
