The lovely city of Villefort is located into mountains of Lauzère and it is touristic for its artificial lake. It is also a dam.
There is a great track of 8 kilometers to do around the lake with a nice view and forest !
You can start from the free car park named "plage du lac" (lake's beach).
this walk is for everyone : child, adult and old people with a good healt ! (Because at some point you have to climb).
Beside there are a beach, activities on the water (pedalo, electrik boat...) and an open-air cafe to take a break after the walk.
For the fond of good food there is a panoramic restaurant with a delicious menu at 22€.
