My Scholarship entry - the colours of Africa

Hello!
I am Alice and I am 22 years old. I am an Italian student.
I love traveling, taking photo and getting in touch with new people.
Since I was young my parents used to travel with me around the world once or twice a year so I am able to organize any travel and to adapt myself in front of different situations.
My friends describe me as a friendly person, funny and optimistic.
In my free time I like to help other persons. I am a member of many associations like Conivip, an onlus that follows Patch Adams' ideas (ex. clownteraphy), and SISM (a group of medicine students) and some others.
My dreams are to finish the university and I look forward to leave Italy and go to live in Africa as a pediatric doctor. For this reason last summer I went to Kenya for one month to work in an hospital and then i had a tour in this wonderful country. Two years ago I had the some experience in India. In these places I left part of my heart and I think that I became who I am because of these experiences and the people who I met.
If you give me a chance I will do my best.
