My Photo scholarship 2010 entry

As an Environmental science student, I decided to take a leap to somewhere with pristine ambience in the nature. I searched Google for best destinations in my home country where I can take few deep breaths. And the best rated was Annapurna area that silently whispered the legacy of trekking behind the tall standing Annapurna moutain range. My destination was Manang District where wind takes a route of one way traffic just because the dividers were nothing but the towers of the world. With my limited knowledge of Natural Resource and Biodiversity my horizons were broadened by the natural shine of aesthetic value. The fragrance of the forest was different, the taste of water was awesome, the tranquility of air was heavenly, and the culture they displayed was something more acknowledgeable than a book of wisdom.
The agriculture fields were tenderly sowed, the houses remained like a fig tree, and the people were richer in god created wisdom rather than human created currencies. A single old man I talked to, expressed how he was planting each trees to worship his existence in that place.
From this very place, I learned how a man should responsibly admire the existence of present generation and contribute to the proper existence of future generations. I learned life in here walked for ages and in cities the rush was a race to destroy the fundamentals of life.
The tall moutains, Snow-weathered slopes, Azure Sky and waterfalls gave the heavenly presence of purity and the people dwelling were able to maintain the ecosystem to keep it alive forever.
I want to be selected for this scholarship because it re-energized my soul and made me eager to see what life has to say in Bhutan,I want to learn photography to capture the lullaby chants from the nature
