My Scholarship entry - A 'place' I have visited

I have always enjoyed photography since I took it up as a subject years ago at school. I have been fortunate enough to be able to travel over the years whilst study at university and now as I am a Physical Equational Teacher I can still fit in travel and capture the wonders of the world.

The Australian country side is such a magnificent place. My favorite place to photograph is my partners farm in North-East Victoria. The seasons inspire me to take some wonderful photos. From the dry and blistering sun in Summer to the chilly morning frosts in Winter. Autumn leaves an earthy palette leaf blanket on the ground whilst the Spring brings lush grass and bright flowers. I also love the rustic feel the property brings to my photos, something that I cannot seem to capture at other locations. My love for this part of Australia is the reason why I chosen to use it as my theme for this assignment.

To travel to Oman would be an amazing experience. To travel there and to be tutored by Jason Edwards in advancing my skills in photography would be unforgettable.
