I live, eat and breath photography. As a recent university photography graduate and an International Photographic Council scholar, I'm looking for the next stage of the journey.
I have an insatiable desire to learn. Always, more can be done to improve my technique, field craft and subject knowledge. Photography is just so rewarding for me and I'm passionate to inspire and educate people about the world around us.
Through photography I am able to select the very best of what I find, for others to enjoy. I believe that nothing but the highest quality of image making is essential for others to take notice and hopefully allow people go away having learnt something or been inspired to think differently.
I believe my role as a photographer is to allow people to see beauty in nature. In turn I aspire to provoke a reaction to help preserve the natural world.
This opportunity will enable me to expand my horizons to embrace the cultural as well as the natural world and perform outside my comfort zone by taking on a new challenge both mentally and photographically.
Having never worked to a brief before, this opportunity would stretch me to break personal habits and to maximise my potential.
