Travel and photography, my two passions. I love travelling as it allows me to see new places, experience things I never dreamed of and immerse myself in new cultures and I love being able to tell my stories through my photography.
I understand that the life of a travel photographer is not as simple as being paid to take photos on holidays. I understand the days are long, the hours are sporadical and sleep is a luxury but I see that as all part of the challenge and part of the quest for the perfect photographic coverage.
To be able to see first hand a professional like Jason in action, and to be able to learn and experience the life of a real travel photographer from him would be priceless. Tutorials and books can only teach you so much, an experience like this would be career, and life changing.
As for me, I'm fun, adventurous and love trying new things but at the same time I'm placid and level headed and it takes a lot to rattle my cage. I'm from a graphic design background so taking direction is second nature. Seeing the smile on clients face when they see their job well done gives me a huge sense of satisfaction, and this is something i want to feel from my photography one day.
