The local kids loved this fruit. It was sort of like eating an uncooked potato.

This tree is a bit of a meeting spot for the local kids. It's thick enough to protect from the morning sun and the afternoon storms!

One of the greatest things about wanting to take photographs in Battambang was that everyone else wanted me to take photographs too! It made for slow progress: my walk around town in my afternoon ended up being a very short one, distance-wise, but they were the most memorable and worthwhile hours of my time there.
