Darren loves to travel. He has spent time in villages in Fiji, wandering around the streets of Kampala, riding around the Serengeti, drinking too much beer in Tokyo karaoke bars and wondering around giant graveyards in Koyasan, hanging with designers in SF and talking to protesters in DC, hunting secrets in Devon and Van Gogh painting sites in Arles, cruising around Cape Town and sailing around the Great Barrier Reef. Darren is a researcher and designer, working in the public good space (NGOs and Governments). When he's not working, he's usually cycling, playing his guitar or fiddle, and is always, always, dreaming of being an actual writer.
