The rocky coast with waves that slashed the shore
was slashed with might, like an angry shores man
whose anger flared and splashed at ocean’s door
and splashed and tossed debris, a mighty hand.
A hand that reached beyond the land and wall,
the wall that slowed the sea, but couldn't stop-
nor stop its waves that rocked the ships at sea.
The sea was mad and spoke the words with might,
with words that roared and winds that swept the shore,
the shore where sands now pound the rocky coast…
