Kia ora! I am a born and bred New Zealander. I grew up in little Invercargill, the most southern city in the South Island of NZ, (except Bluff, but if you go there you'll understand why I ignore it). It was parents who introduced me to travel and my first overseas trip was also theirs, we celebrated my fifth birthday in Fiji. Subsequently I have relished every opportunity to jetset, Australia, Vanuatu, Thailand, Cambodia, London & Spain. It has become an obsession. My other great love is writing. Journaling was my favourite hobby as a child and during high school I won writing awards here and there. In 2011 I departed my hometown for the capital, Wellington. I began a law and arts degree. During last year I decided I would like a more creative & flexible lifestyle, hence Matador U. Currently I am studying a BA in Spanish, French, International Relations and Creative Writing. I like running, music and reading. I'm vegetarian. I plan on heading over to work in Miami at the end of the year before having six months in Argentina finishing my degree and becoming proper fluent in Spanish.
