Well we have accomplished what we set out to do today - drive, drive, drive. We have driven over 1,000 miles since we left home yesterday. It is nice to be married to an "old" truck driver. And, we are not done. We plan to drive a couple more hours tonight. I can say that having a recliner for your passenger seat has really helped! We have travelled through Indiana, Illinois, Missouri, Kansas, Iowa and South Dakota. We have stopped a few times - once to get diesel and a couple of times to have a picnic in a rest area. The weather has been really good. It started out a little cloudy and rainy this morning. This afternoon as been in the 70s and beautiful. The photography is pretty boring today. I caught a few pictures going through St. Louis and a few in the RV. Tomorrow will be better I promise.
We are blessed to be seeing the USA. We have enjoyed each other today and look forward to another great day tomorrow. Our goal is to see Custer State Park and head toward Theodore Roosevelt National Park.
