Obssessed with tomatoes, wine enthusiast and with a passion for cinema, my favourite thing is to sit on a table surrounded by people from all over the world with a lot of food and wines to try! Yes, I have done that many times and I hope I will get to do it forever!
I always add an extra personal touch to everything I make- specially food, because I truly believe in food personality! There is no miracle to explain why the same dish made by two different people are two different dishes. At least not when you put your soul into making it!
I believe and support those who understand where all ingredients come from and promote responsible sourcing, as that adds to the pleasure of eating a good dish.
