Just a Wee Jockney and a Tropical Brummy heading out into the world to escape the safe bland mundainess of the UK, where we have both spent a very happy 23ish Years growing up reaping the rewards of uk life and being very lucky to call Scotalnd and England our respective homes. But the world is just too big a place and the 23yr:1Country ratio needs to be rectafied.
Now thats not entirely true we both have extensive travel histories (California the most important of them all) and plenty of stamps in the old Passports but this next Adventure we embark on, on the 8th of October 2014. Is going to be the most important one. 08/09/14 is the First Day of the rest of our lives.
It is the first time we have set off together and the end date is currently unknown if at all. We arent leaving to holiday or backpack around we are leaving to live and find a new spot we can call home. Hence it is so important. We arent leaving with much money but we know we can succeed, our possitive, open minded outlook and willingness to turn our hand to vitrutally anything will see us through to not only survive. BUT THRIVE IN EACH DESTINATION!
We wanted to create a travel blog to keep our Families & friends updated and to not lose contact as I (chris) did during my 2 years backpacking. Now the real challange will be to keep it updated!
