Well deserved brake. To keep the barn as clean as possible is an endless struggle for a farmer. The dirt is piling up rapidly as animals are kept inside 24 hours during winter months due to the harsh weather. Cows eagerly wait for spring to come: finally they will be free to roam in the fields.

Milk tasting. During the milking of the cows (which happens twice a day at 6am and 6pm) one of the inhabitants of the barn sits on the milk cans and the buckets patiently waiting for his share of fresh milk.

Sparkle of contentment can be seen on a milkmaid’s face- recently purchased automated milking machine certainly makes the whole process faster and easier. And most important, even though taking care of the animals for 7 years already is a hard work (back pains due to milking of the cows, lifting heavy milk buckets; overall dirty working environment) a deep connection between them and a milkmaid was developed. Love and affection can be felt in the barn.
