Lost Luggage

The Lost Luggage

MOROCCO | Tuesday, 14 April 2015 | Views [323] | Scholarship Entry

Simply,
I arrived to the airport, searched for my luggage, and their is no luggage.
Everything that I bought for this trip is gone; my laptop, my photography gear, my clothes and everything that can make me survive for the next two weeks in Morocco.
it was my first time that I lost my luggage, I shocked out and didn't know what to do. I asked every singe office at the airport about what to do and everyone was telling me to claim my lost.
I went out from the airport, heading to my friends house that I supposed to sleep there for one day at Casablanca and then to travel to another cities that I planned before (Fes, Chefchowen, Marrakesh and Rabat).
In my way to my friends house, I was thinking how I'm gonna do that without my luggage? it was Friday and the airport office doesn't work at Saturday and Sunday. So I had to sleep for three day at my friend's house. I tried to call the office to check about my luggage but no response.
Monday night, I got a message says that they found my luggage, I didn't wait, I just change my clothes and ran to the airport to get my lost luggage. Imagine what happened when I saw my bag, I hugged it, yeah.. I know I'm crazy but I planned for this trip so long.
Then My trip started with travelling from Casablanca to Marrakesh by train, and if you didn't visit Morocco, you don't know what happening there. The train was fully crowded, people standing almost outside the train while it moving. and Imagine that you are so sleepless and you stand in the train for 5 or 6 hours. It was very tough, but I survived it and arrived to Marrakesh, amazing city, amazing people and amazing culture. I loved this city, how not and I had a new friend from there and she take me for a trip around Marrakesh with her moped. it was a stunning experience.
and then I traveled to the other cities, and in every city I had a great experience that if I want to tell you about it it's going to take me the whole day writing about every single moment there.
