I am Athanasios Stathopoulos.I live in Thessaloniki, Greece.I work as a food hygiene engineer.I love activities that need strength for their accomplishment.I “discovered” photography in May ‘12. I study alone and practice furiously for 8 months now.I have been travelling with my job. Back home I am shooting voluntary/ngo activities that project a creative part of the society and I am a volunteer photographer in this.I have photographed a 6 floor theatrical performance in an old hotel. I have a photoVogue portfolio even though I am not a Vogue enthusiast. I will shoot a slaughter house and a minority living in the mountains of Thrace so that I can host exhibitions. Almost 20000 clicks and going…I love photography because it can break down complexity to clarity. I don’t know where I want to go with it but I feel no strong limits. My passions are photography, travelling and the love of a woman. I see all 3 as one. It’s when I take a picture exactly as I saw it in my head that drives me. Better movement and better observation. I am so new in this so I’m excited for the things that exist for me to learn. Why should I be chosen? With 2 out of my 3 passions with me, only good can happen.
