I am a Maori "boy" from New Zealand. Currently living in Japan. I played lots of rugby and now have retired. I have been living in Japan for 13 years and I still love it. I now teach at University near Tokyo. I am interested in researching healthy lifestyle options. I have only just begun this journey. I have in the past drunk more than my share, smoked more than I could and lived life hard and had a great time but now it is starting to wear out my body. My mind is aware so I need to change in order to save my marriage, my daughter and my life. On this trip I would like to share information and my views. I will visit: a yoga based detox centre on Koh Phangan, a Muay Thai school for foreigners, attend an international education conference in Cambodia and visit a wholestic health centre in Shihanoukville.
