About tamanagirl
Erin. I am a writer, wanderer, aspiring sailor and occasional humanitarian clown. I am currently volunteer teaching ESL at a refugee center. I used to write comedy in Chicago (US) and I once went on a clown trip to Morocco with Dr. Patch Adams.
My goal is to see as much of the world as I can, ideally from a small boat and an occasional sidecar and write stories all about it. I want all my travels to be an exchange, whether skill or laughter. I want to learn from local people, not from guidebooks. I want to increase my understanding of cultures and languages and our awareness of each other.
Personal goals limited to travel: This year, I want to see a blue whale and the Aurora Borealis. Also Europe.
