My Scholarship entry - A 'place' I have visited

I am a mother of three beautiful children. Photography is something i have been interested in for some time, when i hit my 30's i decided i am wanting to do something with it. Photography is my passion, i love to capture those special moments, that sometimes people dont see and forget. I have not travelled, since my children keep me busy. This would be a fantastic opportunity for me to travel ( as I have always wanted to ), and to learn more about the one thing i love best. I am am amatuer, and been learning alot from teaching myself. I am in my garden most morning with my camera trying to capture those critters and nature at it's best. I beleive that if I won this competition, I would benefit from it, from learning with one of the worlds best photographers. I love to explore and view the scenery of where ever I go, also like to learn about different cultures as i find it interesting to see how people live in different circumstances and places. I watch alot of documentaries on National Geographic and absolutley love learning from it. This would be my dream come true.
