I am Chinese-American, born in the beautiful sea-side city of Yantai (China) and raised in eclectic San Francisco (USA). I've been a traveler since childhood, and consider myself a global citizen with no physical roots. The world as my home. :) (Luckily, my American citizenship allows me to travel to my wild little heart's content.)
I speak five languages, and am working on more (French is hard!!) Currently, I am pursuing a Masters of International Affairs at the University of California, San Diego. I hope to devote my personal and professional strengths toward building a global community. I dream of a world in which human rights are not sacrificed for the sake of progress. Writing is my lifelong passion. If I weren't studying to become a CSR consultant, I would be a travel writer. In the face of conflicting passions, I will not let my craft take a back-seat, but rather use creative writing to compliment my career and help build a more harmonious, colorful world. :)
