SuperTravelers

We would like to apply as a duo. We both have graduated from BA film-schools in England. We are just finished our courses an we are full of ideas and ambition. Paul has done a Euro trip with his: Super Saab car and Otto has joined him in Prague for three days where we ended up spontaneously participating in a 60 hour film challenge as well as we also explored Prague from a quite unique perspective, filled with police fines, bones and expensive check cigars. Travel filmmaking is something we would like to exploit in our futures. We tried to reflect this in our application video. Both of us are travellers and this is something we tried to grasp and incorporate in our application video. Our kind of travelling... which involves a bit of craziness, lots of laughter, fun excitement, and extraordinary encounters. This scholarship would give us the opportunity to explore a different world we never encountered before in a filmmaking genre which is our dream. We would find it a exceptional challenge to film such a commercially well-known event as the Rio Carnival from a different point of view by adding our style and "nomad" filmmaking flavour into it.
