"Jalma hurip geus tangtu hirup, ngan jalma hirup can tangtu hurip", those are the words (using my vernacular, Sundanese) from G, a great friend of mine. It means,"People who's find their purpose, must be alive, but not every living people find their purpose to live."
With those words G running his world with every single detail of fun, without perforce to do anything that he dislike, nothing bound him. It proves with many activities that he jump to.
One time, he became a busk, living homeless for about 6 months, although he have a family await him. He did that for one simple reason,"I just want to dare myself and try a different life."
Yes, he got what he want, a very different life. In this zone, life is so rough that people won't be afraid to lift up their gun or knife if someone pissed them off. In this rate, the 'survival of the fittest' concept is a real deal. With only one guitar in his hand, he managed to life at the street, for only a spoon of rice day after day, not much. At that state, what people concern is how to survive, search a less money for food to keep them alive.
In other time he can fly to Thailand for Inline Skate competition, or Cabaret audition, or playing band, or making a movie. Young people always have a great dream then become their purpose. G don't have that thing,"Whatever thing happen let them happen, let the universe surprise me," and that's why he become my great friend who never ever get stressed out because he's seeing the world is so wonderful and he won't stop to enjoy what the world will give to him, dig its potential, try everything and see how the universe can surprise him.
