I intend to use photography as an important tool for cultural study.I am doing this kind of research work for quite some time.I feel intrigued about the effect of globalization on local culture.How the globalization is leading towards the annihilation of local cultural entity.I want to strike a balance between global and local.It is through this synthesis between global and local we can combat the threat of extinction of our local cultural entity.Instead of becoming globalized, I would like our society to be glocalized. I sincerely believe photography can be a potent weapon for tracing this quaint juxtaposition between global and local.
