Despite it looks more like a landfill than a square, scenes of normal life are appearing when there is an opening of space and light. Kids are gathering to play while girls comb each other's air.

The slum is divided into two sectors, the residential and productive areas: textile and recycling are two of the main activities held here. Space is limited and over-exploited and
workers have to share narrow and dark spaces. The slum are so crowded that there is no place for windows and natural light.

In a place where daily meals are the main worry, even crutches can be a luxury. In such a situation it would be easy to give up, but thanks to his strong will this man is able to move crawling in the asphalt.
