I was walking around Mid-Town on one of my photo pilgrimages when i saw this poor woman sitting on the sidewalk. Her dejected look compelled me to take her picture.

NYC Chic--the paradigmatic Soho girl with a cup of coffee and cell phone in one hand, and a cigarette in the other.

Walking the streets of Chinatown is one of my favorite activities in NYC. I unabashedly stood in front of this woman with my camera waiting for her to look at me and this was the result.
