I did only one "tour" while I was in Iceland, the very popular (and very crowded) Golden Circle tour. One of the stops is at Gulfoss, a very large, multi-tiered waterfall. It drops off dozens of feet into a very narrow gorge, which I tried to capture in slow motion in this pic.

One of the primary reasons I wanted to go to Iceland was to visit Jokulsarlon Glacier Lagoon, and it did not disappoint. I did a zodiac tour in the lagoon to get up close and personal with the icebergs. The sun was setting as the boat headed back in to dock, and I shot this pic just as the lagoon started to flatten out.

I actually shot this pic on my arrival to Reykjavik. I shot it with my GoPro, which is now sitting at the bottom of a very, very deep glacial hole in the middle of Iceland. I lost more than 4,000 pictures from my trip when it was torn from my hands while Ice Climbing. This is one of 21 photos that I salvaged before the loss, and I think it perfectly encapsulates the stoke I was feeling having just arrived in Iceland after flying 7,500+ miles from Hawaii by myself. It doesn't get better than this.
