Rooh - The Soul

My Scholarship entry - A 'place' I have visited

Leh Airport is the highest airport in India and one of the highest commercial airport in the world, situated at 3,256m above sea level. Even though the flight from Leh to Srinagar takes only 15 minutes, the views are absolutely magnanimous, giving the travelers a bird's eye view of the Himalayan ranges. To witness such a scene, tends to send a deep admiration for aviation technology and the fact that, we are, after all, so tiny in the bigger scheme of the universe, really sinks in.
