I have recently graduated from a course in Languages. I chose this course because it allowed me to travel to Spain, as part of my degree. I believe that any opportunity to travel is a gift, and should be experienced fully. My passion for travelling has fuelled my interest in photography as I wish to share the beauty of the world. When I am behind the lens, I feel that I can observe the world in complete calmness, as though I can see everything in it's natural light, and boy, is it beautiful.
I have taken the odd photography class, but have been pursuing this new found pasison through trial and error.
As I live in London, a huge and wonderful city, I try to take every opportunity to walk around and take a picture a day. From still life to people, I adore snapping away at my environment.

To take part in the Oman Travel Photography Scholarship would be an invaluable experience, and something that I could learn a lot from. I am always looking to improve my photography and would cherish a chance to do so.

Photography is a means of sharing, and I am a sharing kind of person. Through my pictures, I can tell a story. The story of something that I have experienced: this is priceless.
