My Photo scholarship 2011 entry

Worldwide | Saturday, October 8, 2011 | 5 photos

I have been living here for 4 months only studying and from what I have seen i could not believe the amazing beauty that came before my eyes on daily bases, living in the middle of Toohey forest I have seen some of the most amazing seens and each time I walk to class I run into one of the most amazing moments.

Ether a Butterfly, a Snake, A kookaburra, or an enormousness Spider, and not being use to such beautiful nature was over whelming since am living in the middle of the forest, unfortunately when i speak about this experience to friends and family who are living here they ask, What are you talking about we haven't seen such things?. And I don't understand how can someone be so blind to this wonderful nature from birds to insects to trees to bushes to beautiful grasslands.

I was bitten by a snake here, a non poisonous one and am glad it was, the funny issue about this story is that when i was bitten i was so happy!, for some reason i felt proud i was bitten by an Aussie snake!, and I will be shearing this story in my future, i learned my lesson to stay away from snakes or at least be careful while trying to take a picture of them.

I have always had passion for photography and my dream is to learn on the hands of a person who truly tries to show the world how he sees life through his lens, and that has been my motive, and I have always tried my best to express through my lens, I wish to be chosen I dream to be chosen and I never had the chance to be until this scholarship has approached me, I live for most of my life in Saudi Arabia and it was extremely difficult to take pictures in public due to the religious law that forbids pictures to some extent, and the difficult strict culture which I respect very much, I hope I get the chance to show my talent and love.
