Our camp just outside of Kulgera on the Stuart Hwy.
Saw your great photos and was really interested in the one of "our camp just outside Kulgera on the Stuart Highway". Does this mean that you can find a spot off the road and have an overnight stay if you are self sufficient? Any problems? We would leave no footprint. Looks great.

I also am very interested in this photo. It looks lovely. I would really prefer not to camp at the road house. Is it possible to camp behind Kulgara in the hills? We would leave no trace.

Hi Nick, yes we camped in behind the rocky outcrop just off the highway. Was a lovely spot and very peaceful. You can see us camped there in image 17. Happy travels!
