How to prepare this recipe
1. in a large bowl, pour in the warm water the wheat flour, grounded ginger, salt and the eggs and mix them up till they form a paste.
2. put the minced meat into the paste and mix it up till its sticky enough.
3. leave for 15 minutes to cool

5. once you have the balls, you can choose to either deep fry the meat balls or stew them.

The story behind this recipe
It was a nice family day over the christmas holiday. my dad was excited so he came home with minced meat and requested someone to make meatballs for him. My big sister who happens to be the best cook in the family was busy and so was my mother so i decided to try it out.
it was going to be hard since i dint even know where to start. the last time i had seen my mother make meatballs was a couple of years before that day.
My dad is really choosy when it comes to food. hes a hard man to please, its always either the salt is too much or there's none at all, there's no color in the food, you put in too much water, the food is too cold and all that.
I had to remember what i had seen my mother do years before. it wasn't easy but i had fun and well, they came out pretty well. and the best part, my dad loved them and when my dad enjoys a meal, then that means everyone has.
