My Scholarship entry - A 'place' I have visited

In a nutshell,

I am a 20 year old Female, born and raised in the small town of Deep River, ON, Canada. I have always been the spontaneous one of my friends and family. I love adventure and even more, I love capturing my adventures so I can share them with whoever wants to see! I mainly work in the adventure tourism industry. White water raft guiding on the Ottawa River by summer and living the ski bum life in Fernie, BC by winter. Trying to figure out what direction my future is going in has always been a difficult thing for me. Photography has and will always been my passion and I want to make a career out of it. I've always been told I have an eye for it but I just need a bigger sign to tell me it is my destiny. This contest popped up on my Facebook news feed and I thought, 'why not?!' So here I am, sending you some of my favorite shots from my most recent adventures in Central America (mainly Costa Rica and El Salvador) this past fall. Enjoy and I would be honored to be chosen for this once and a lifetime experience. Thanks for the opportunity!
