Here we are once again in the unique location of Chiang Mai, Thailand. A place of real contrasts, extremely historic but with fast moving highways circumventing the city. Tiny alleys just wide enough for a motorcycle are the other extreme. No need to worry about food, as it is everywhere, as is the choice of transport. From tuk tuks to trucks, from open air taxis to trains, that is the choice if one doesn't want to pound the pavements. Of course one must pound the pavement to a degree otherwise one doesn't get to see all the goodies that are in the offering. Many markets going till midnight. What a choice.
