Life's different moments.
At different points of our lives, we have different priorities and these I feel are justly represented in my portfolio. As children, we are cast our cares to the wind, and whatever tickles our fancy, we do. As we age, responsibility is more apparent, as we have to care for those in our charge. When we are older, I pray that we do not look back forlorn at a life wasted, but rather appreciate all that we have done and achieved. This series of photos were taken of native Chinese people from more remote places in China. It is amazing that even in places that are relatively untouched according to Western standards, these basic human precepts still permeates through their culture. With my photography, I wish to highlight these concepts and bring them to light in a culture when feels like it does not have enough, yet already is rich in many ways.
