My Scholarship entry - A 'place' I have visited

I'm Antonio, 28 years old, graduate in informatic sciences, lover of travels and photography. I discovered my passion on photography during my experience of studying in Spain (6 months in A Coruña), about 8 years ago. Searching a way to note my memories and my day by day encounters i bought my first compact digital camera. The power of photography is to convert instants in shapes and colors, that may accompany you forever. After years, i bring my reflex, in every trip. It was with me in the Cathedral of Santiago de Compostela, along Venezia's calle, into the Allianz arena of Munchen, and during a cup of tea in Camden town. My photographs remember me about places, faces, sounds and smells. I really would like to participate this scholarship to learn techniques of travel photography, to be in a team with a National Geographic photographer, but mainly to have a chance to visit a culture so different like the one I may find in Oman.
