Travelling is one of my greatest passions. Capturing the soul of a place visited, not just in writing or photography, but through my own eyes is what drives to give in to my wanderlust. Visiting and exploring places, not just in my home towns, London and Berlin, but all over the world is what shapes my soul and opens my eyes ever more and more to the wonders of this world. Only by going out there every day and consciously take in and think about what you see is your soul shaped by it. The world is a sublime place, no matter where one is, beauty is always imminent, one just has to have the eye and mind to find it. The more I see and experience the more I love our global cultures, cities, villages and nature. I have travelled to the Ecuador, Morocco, Tanzania or Bali as well as the USA and Europe and wish to open myself to ever more cultures and spaces. Through my travels my eye has become more schooled to see what is special about a place and can reflect that on camera, while my mind has become ever more adaptable to communicate with locals of any culture. In my opinion travelling makes one a better person and capturing that on my camera and diaries makes it last for you and myself.
