Another Black Hmong Elder carries a traditional basket to carry goods in on the way back from Sa Pa Town to their Village.

Sa Pa, Vietnam, an intoxicating blend of colour, culture and beauty, this is the place dreams are made of. From the sweeping planes of rice fields staggered down the mountain cliffs to the simple beauty of the people and their culture, this is a place that is sure to take everybody's breath away. The sheer scale of the mountain side is incomprehensible through pictures, it is truly a place that needs to be seen to be believed.

Make shift electricity is slowly encroaching it's way into Village life in Northern Vietnam helping residents light their homes during the night and to give a little relaxation via radio and television.
