Since childhood I have a very close bondage with Mother Earth. I used to go to our agriculture fields with my father where the birds & other little creatures always fascinated me. But my first encounter with serious photography was in 2008 when I went through few photographic magazines. The pictures of those magazines left a deep impact on my mind and created an urge in me to buy a D-SLR camera. Although I did not have any formal training for photography but regular practice & reading literature shaped me into a good lens man. I have been participating in photo competitions since beginning & have won several national & international photography contests. It helps me to know where I stand and what more I need to do to improve myself. If I have been given a chance to become Nomad Travel Scholarship winner of course it would be a big turning point for me as for others but my first priority would be to do the assignment with my best untiring efforts. I believe learning with Nat Geographic photographer Jason Edwards will hone my skill which is more important.
