A sea of red and white, Poland's national colours, in a march against a perceived decrease in independence within the EU after Prime Minister, Donald Tusk, said he would give more powers to the EU in light of the Eurozone crisis. This, people argued, harboured back to the Communist era when Poland was heavily under the political influence of the Soviet Union that reduced its automony.
