I graduated from the University of Limerick in August 2014 studying Music, Media and Performance Technology. During my time there I started to develop and started to realise the possibility of the idea that I could do photography as a living. It was a bit of a eureka moment. Going from taking pictures with my point and shoot camera, to studying this academically, I suddenly realised; I could do this forever?

However, my experience is limited and being young I feel I don't have what it takes in a competitive field, to apply myself and show my use. I graduated with a first class honours, and I think I should be chosen for this competition because I have learned to take this ambitious work ethic that I've developed in college and apply it to what I want to do. I lived and travelled for 6 months in Boston and it has fuelled the hunger for my love of travelling and taking pictures. So go on ya good thing and take me on board with you. I make great tea, enjoy my banter and get along with anybody whom I can spark a conversation with.
