About sarahmandala
Sarah Queblatin is a multi-disciplinary artist whose life-work is
growing roots and wings in the fields of art education, community based
art, transformative arts, earth based arts, and sacred art forms.
She has had formal studio arts training since childhood and her journey
through art has led her to many places inside the landscapes of her
mind, with people she works with as facilitator, volunteer art teacher,
or as co-creator with other artists.
Her art is inspired by sacred geometry, nature, healing arts, indigenous
wisdom, and conscious contemporary art.
With 10 years of experience in non-profit work, she is now working on
integrating her artistic path with peace building and environmental
education using an integral approach to sustainable development.
Currently, as part of her Masters Studies in Expressive Arts for Conflict Transformation and Peacebuilding at the European Graduate School, she is set to embark on a journey around Asia to work with communities and local artists and culture bearers in designing modules and artworks using sacred and traditional arts for dialogue, arts relief, and community building.
