I live for travel, meeting new people and exploring cultures. I love getting lost. I love getting found. I am a compilation of all the cultures I've experienced. So far I've been to 15 countries on 4 continents and I'm trying to raise that number!
At age 23 I was diagnosed with Ovarian Cancer, which frankly, pissed me off because I thought that my good Karma or excessive wine drinking in Hungary would have saved me from that. After a lot of pain and fighting I am now in remission and I want to see everything, meet everyone I can, experience new things, fail, succeed and help people in the process.
I believe everyone has the responsibility to help others and make a positive difference in the world. I'm so happy I have a second chance at life to make an impact,and I hope I will have the opportunity to do that with my words with this scholarship.
