I am the ideal candidate for this competition because I am absolutely passionate about visual storytelling and documentary filmmaking. I see the lens as an extension of me which aids me in my exploration of different cultures, peoples and societies.

I should win this competition because I am a uniquely creative filmmaker, with an anthropological eye and incredible interpersonal skills.

This scholarship would enable me to gain the skills and confidence I need to become a professional travel documentarian.
